Learning the Traditions:
Grappa Tasting with Fogolar Association

Third in a series of workshops designed to pass on details of some of the fine traditions that make Italian heritage so rich.  This 'workshop' will focus on grappa.

This workshop is a joint event with the Fogolar Association, so it will be a great opportunity for both groups to learn more about the other.

This evening will include a presentation on grappa by Mo Razik of Fenton's Wine.  The presentation will be focused on grappa making regions of Italy, the history of grappa and grape varieties used as well as the specific grappa featured.

Included in the evening will be tastings of 6 - 8 grappa selected to represent a wide range of this specialty Italian product.  The event will include antipasto plate of bread, olives and cheese.  Note that no dinner is served at this event.

We encourage you to come out; a wonderful opportunity for Sons of Italy and Fogolar to get to know each other while learning about the Italian tradition of grappa.
