Prospective Member Reception

Members are encouraged to bring a prospective member to this annual event where guests will have an opportunity to meet our members and learn about SOI, who we are and what we do.

New this year, the event will have a reception format.  Wine is included in the price (limited quantity) and there will be buffet-style appetizers.  Everyone is encouraged to mingle and network but with a special focus on talking to the member prospects. 

Brother Tom De Nardi will also do a presentation on southern Italian cooking in their new presentation kitchen.

This meeting will be light-business or no-business - the focus will be on the membership prospects.

Win a prize for sponsoring a prospective member:  You will get a ballot for each first-time prospective member you bring to the meeting.  A draw will be held at the end of the evening and a restaurant gift certificate will be given to the winner.

When:  Wednesday Oct 9th
Where: Piazza De Nardi, 1365 Taylor Ave (map), with plenty of free parking.
Cost:  First-time prospective members are free, members $30
