  Donna dell'Anno Award Luncheon

  The 9th Annual Donna dell’Anno Award, presented to a woman of distinction in the Italian community, will be presented during the International Women’s Day Celebration luncheon on Sunday, March 4, 2012, 1:00 P.M. at Centro Caboto Centre.
  
  The guest speaker for this year's luncheon is Marilyn McLaren, the CEO of Manitoba Public Insurance.

  Our regular monthly meeting for members -  a great dinner, some networking time and our business meeting, plus an initiation ceremony.  New members who have joined over the past few months will undergo our initiation process.  It is our most formal meeting, steeped in ceremony and tradition.
  
  Dinner will be catered by Sorrento's on Ellice.  Members are encouraged to bring your own wine.  New members who have not yet been initiated should contact our membership chair David Bueti.
  
  As this is meeting is filled with the tradition of our initiation, members are reminded NOT to invite guests.  All members are encouraged to attend to join in the initiation ceremony and welcome our newest brothers.

  Rossbrook House - 2012 Grad Dinner

  As part of our ongoing support to Rossbrook House, we sponsor the annual Graduation dinner, held in June each year.
  
  Sons of Italy supplies the dinner for the approximately 150 students and parents.  With great volunteer support, we set-up in advance of their 45 minute ceremony, then serve the dinner and clean up.
  
  Dinner of course is an Italian affair: bread sticks, salads (caesar and chefs) and lasagna.
